| Paul Cook is the Vice President of Visual Merchandising
for ZenGenius. He is responsible for hands
on merchandising at the store level as well as graphic
and store design. Throughout a variety of experience
in the retail world, Cook enjoys the challenge of
positively affecting the retail industry through
creative marketing. In addition to his visual
merchandising skills, Cook is an artist and avid
collector of music of all genres.
Cook began his career as a Visual Assistant at Henri
Bendel in Columbus, Ohio. He rapidly became
the Sales Manager of the McIntosh Home Department
where he implemented a new and improved bridal program.
In 1996, Cook became a Visual Staff Specialist for
Lazarus where he developed play books, store signage,
special event, and visual shipping and receiving.
During that time Cook also became an active Freelance
Visual Artist working on a variety of merchandising
projects including the New Albany (OH) Country Club
Golf Shop, Graeter’s Ice Cream, Café Q,
and McAlister Studio.
In 1999, he joined Joe Baer and developed ZenGenius' creed
of beauty, elegance, and style with a hint of Eastern
wisdom. |
