Visual Design and Merchandising are two of Ken’s passions in life. He started his professional career in Corporate Public Relations for a Fortune 500 company, based in Philadelphia, until he decided to pursue his dreams of working in the Fashion Industry in New York City. After supporting and being mentored by the V.P. of Brand Communications for New York &Company, he found his calling in Visual Merchandising/ Display Production. He was trained by some of the world’s top visual specialists, including the former President of Dolce & Gabbana USA, Gabriella Forte, who brought the Italian fashion brand to prominence in the U.S. Additionally, Ken also has experience in managing and overseeing multiple Shop-in- Shop projects, fixture design, and prop and display production. He is an organized “work horse” that will stop at nothing to make sure he meets, but is always striving to exceed: client expectations, the shopping experience of customers through creating dynamic visual environments, and sales profitability.

  • Opened a new concept denim, bag and t-shirt store that was created in-store
  • Coordinated and executed all in-store visual elements including: window displays, merchandising, building displays and installing fixtures, styling mannequins, creating P.O.P. and customer communications, lighting design and overall store maintenance
  • Reviewed RetailPro reports to determine weekly merchandising strategies and floor moves

  • Developed in-store fashion stories, styled and merchandised mannequins to reflect story concept
  • Coordinated with buyers and outside brand merchandisers to select style seasonal presentations lines
