When Bath & Body Works began planning their spring 2019 product launch, they knew they wanted to engage some of today’s top online beauty influencers to get the word out. There was no question about enlisting ZenGenius’ brand activation expertise to design and execute this multi-day, multi-venue event.
Known as America’s fragrance destination, Bath & Body Works ended the event with a stunning dinner at Jorgensen Farms in New Albany, Ohio, to launch Gingham, their newest scent. The Lord and Burnham historic greenhouse was the perfect setting to complement the fresh and vibrant tones of the new fragrance. Glass panes let light filter through, highlighting the dramatic hanging floral centerpiece designed by ZenGenius.
From tip-to-toe the dinner excited and delighted. Edison bulb string lights add romance and warmth against the cool hue of their signature blue gingham. Rustic farm tables were adorned with runners in the brand’s signature blue and white gingham. Blue and white floral print chargers and tableware contrasted against the warmth of brass and gold accents. Each influencer’s name laser cut from metallic resin, adding a soft touch with cursive lettering at every table setting. Chairs were draped with custom embroidered white denim jackets for each attendee in leu of traditional chair covers.
